Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. All defined terms apply equally in the singular and the plural.

References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operators of the 8ubd platform. Headings and section titles are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 8ubd, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 8ubd for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 8ubd's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an 8ubd employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

Age Verification

8ubd reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Before the first withdrawal is processed, all Players must complete identity verification by submitting one of the following documents: Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8ubd's verification team, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

If it is determined at any point that a Player provided false age information during registration, or that a Player is under 18 years of age, 8ubd will immediately close the account, void all bets placed and all winnings accumulated, and return any demonstrably deposited real funds in line with applicable procedures. 8ubd will also report the incident to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting markets on 8ubd, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8ubd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 8ubd identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all secondary accounts will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the Player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8ubd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 8ubd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8ubd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except where such access is directly attributable to a security failure on 8ubd's systems.

Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your 8ubd account must exactly match the name on your National ID and on your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the 8ubd account. Mismatches detected at the withdrawal stage will require additional documentation before funds are released.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

8ubd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via all Supported Payment Methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. For Visa and Mastercard, the minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically confirmed within 30 seconds. Card deposits are typically confirmed within 2 to 5 minutes. 8ubd does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 8ubd cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Currency and Exchange

All 8ubd accounts are denominated in BDT. 8ubd does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. There is no currency conversion on standard BDT transactions. If a Player attempts to deposit from an account denominated in a foreign currency, the deposit may be rejected or subject to conversion at the rate applied by the intermediary payment processor.

Refused Transactions

8ubd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 8ubd will notify the Player and may request additional documentation to clarify the source of funds before processing is resumed.

Bonuses and Promotions

8ubd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have fully registered accounts in good standing.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without satisfying the stated wagering requirements.
• 8ubd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or modify its terms at any time prior to the bonus being claimed.
• Bonuses credited in error may be reclaimed by 8ubd without notice. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus may also be voided.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Bonus Abuse

8ubd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using hedging strategies or low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures, and using third-party software to automate bonus play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8ubd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to permanently close the Player's account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 8ubd, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game or betting market, as published within the platform. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sports Betting

8ubd offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and others. All sports betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once the Player has received a bet confirmation message and a bet ID. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (due to match abandonment, result reversal, or technical error) will be refunded to the Player's real-money balance at stake value.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games on 8ubd are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules governing each live game are determined by the provider and are displayed within the game interface. 8ubd is not responsible for connectivity issues that interrupt a live casino session; any bets placed before a connectivity interruption that were already confirmed by the game system will stand and results will be recorded as per the game outcome.

Slots and RNG Games

All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 8ubd use certified random number generation. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available in the game information panel. 8ubd does not guarantee that any individual Player will achieve the published RTP over any particular session or time period — RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across all players and all sessions.

Voided Bets and Cancelled Games

8ubd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or human error has materially affected the outcome or the odds at which the bet was accepted. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. 8ubd will not compensate Players for any perceived loss of potential winnings arising from a voided bet.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ubd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

1. Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials, or reversing a legitimate deposit after using the funds to play.
2. Money Laundering: Using 8ubd as a vehicle to launder proceeds of illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
3. Collusion: Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting market offered on the platform.
4. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the 8ubd platform, place bets, complete wagering requirements, or exploit any game mechanic.
5. Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting a software error, display glitch, or pricing error in a betting market to gain an advantage that would not exist under normal operating conditions.
6. Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity, using another person's payment method, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with 8ubd.
7. Affiliate Fraud: Generating false registrations, fake deposits, or artificial wagering activity to fraudulently claim affiliate commissions or referral bonuses.

Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

Any Player may voluntarily close their 8ubd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, the Player should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Forced Suspension or Closure by 8ubd

8ubd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, creation of multiple accounts, or conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in line with the specific breach identified.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8ubd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8ubd shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from a game or betting market void, technical failure, or platform outage.
• Interruption of service caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's end, third-party network failures, or events outside 8ubd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the 8ubd platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers in relation to game outcomes, jackpot awards, or bonus feature triggers.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8ubd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

8ubd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8ubd will notify active Players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's account. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Continued use of the 8ubd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

Minor amendments such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, or updates to payment method lists may be made without prior notice. Such minor changes will still be reflected in the updated effective date shown at the top of these Terms.
